Join us at Spread Ur Wings on Tuesday 26th October, We will be discovering what systematic racism Together we will be discussing the understanding of stress, s and how it effects our community, those around us and how we feel inside. Alongside the differences and helpful ways to manage these things through coping toolkits. Our aim is to create a positive learning environment that promotes understanding while also providing a safe space for our young people to share, reflect, and learn. We will also be doing arts and crafts activities, giving young people the opportunity to express their thoughts and feelings through creativity. Using a range of materials and guided activities, young people will be encouraged to explore their emotions, build confidence, and develop positive coping strategies. Come and join us and take part in a session focused on wellbeing, creativity, and support.
