The Programme

Our Mental Health Programme is designed for young people aged 11–18, providing a safe, supportive space to explore and better understand mental health. We aim to empower young people with the knowledge and tools they need to recognise, manage, and talk about their own mental wellbeing.

The programme focuses on common challenges faced during adolescence, including anxiety, depression, stress, and the pressures linked to exams, friendships, and home life. Through guided discussions, practical coping strategies, and engaging activities, we help young people build resilience and confidence in managing their emotions.

The Team

Our team is made up of experienced professionals with strong backgrounds in mental health and working with children and young people. They are passionate about creating a nurturing environment where every young person feels heard, supported, and understood.
