Join us at Spread Ur Wings onThurs 6th Aug, We will be learning about health education, including illness and injury prevention advice, first aid and information on accessing healthcare, understanding of how and when to access our 999 and 111 services, as well as providing people with life-saving skills. Together we will be learning - Basic CPR and first aid - Knife crime and Haemorrage control - Drugs and Alcohol awareness - How and when to call 999 and 111 - Mental health and wellbeing Our aim is to create a positive learning environment that promotes understanding while also providing a safe space for our young people to share, reflect, and learn. We will also be doing arts and crafts activities, giving young people the opportunity to express their thoughts and feelings through creativity. Using a range of materials and guided activities, young people will be encouraged to explore their emotions, build confidence, and develop positive coping strategies. Come and join us and take part in a session focused on wellbeing, creativity, and support.
