Join us at Spread Ur Wings on Thurs 020th Aug, We will be learning about boundaries Together we will be discussing Privacy abecause its lays the foundation for healthy psychological development, self-esteem, and personal safety, allowing children to process emotions independently, build mutual respect, and develop vital decision-making skills. Our aim is to create a positive learning environment that promotes understanding while also providing a safe space for our young people to share, reflect, and learn. We will also be doing arts and crafts activities, giving young people the opportunity to express their thoughts and feelings through creativity. Using a range of materials and guided activities, young people will be encouraged to explore their emotions, build confidence, and develop positive coping strategies. Come and join us and take part in a session focused on wellbeing, creativity, and support.
