Join us at Spread Ur Wings on Thursday 28th May as we explore the topic of seasonal affective disorder and difficult feelings that young people may experience in school and everyday life. We will be having an exciting and fun filled sports day at Crystal Palace Park. The young people will be able to showcase their sporting skills and techniques while also learning new skills. Come and join us and take part in a session focused on wellbeing, creativity, and support.
