Join us at Spread Ur Wings on Wednesday 5th August as we explore frylands woods outdoor adventure We will be having fun encouraging and enabling as many young people as possible to enjoy and experience the benefits of the natural environment. Participating in various activities (to be confirmed) such as archery, laser tag, climbing, nature trails and more We will also be doing arts and crafts activities, giving young people the opportunity to express their thoughts and feelings through creativity. Using a range of materials and guided activities, participants will be encouraged to explore their emotions, build confidence, and develop positive coping skills. Come and join us and take part in a session focused on wellbeing, creativity, and support.
