Join us at Spread Ur Wings on Wednesday 12th August as we have fun at flip out We will be having fun AT Bromley Pavillion Swimming pool! Please remember to bring swimwear, goggles, swimming cap and all other necessities without APPROPRIATE swimwear your young person will NOT swim! We will also be doing arts and crafts activities, giving young people the opportunity to express their thoughts and feelings through creativity. Using a range of materials and guided activities, participants will be encouraged to explore their emotions, build confidence, and develop positive coping skills. Come and join us and take part in a session focused on wellbeing, creativity, and support.
